RETURNS & REFUNDS
We know things don't always work out, so we're here to help if you find yourself unhappy with an order!
Any unused/unopened item can be returned to us FREE of charge within 14 days of the delivery date. Once an item has been returned to the warehouse, it will be inspected for damage. Only after an item has gone through our quality assurance process will a refund be initiated.
You will be notified whether your return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a refund for the same value paid when placing the order.
It will take 14 days from the time of the return's approval to see the refund reflected on your credit card statement.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable (please check the relevant product descriptions).
INITIATING A RETURN

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please arrange for the item's return using the standard returns process outlined above.
We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process. If you desire a replacement item, a new order can be placed.
