Shipping Policy


The health of you and our employees is more important now than ever before, and we are doing everything possible to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are upheld at each step of the product handling process. Dispatched directly from Dubai, our enhanced hygiene protocols ensure that all orders are cleaned upon arrival until it reaches you and that products are handled only with protective gloves. Each of our delivery partners is following recommended health and safety guidelines at this time and we are doing our utmost to ensure timely deliveries.

When We Ship

Orders are shipped daily excluding UAE public holidays. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate access for deliveries, including, without limitation, on Saturday and Sunday.

Scheduling a Delivery

We will contact you once your order has shipped, after which the courier company will get in touch to schedule a delivery at your earliest convenience. In order to schedule a delivery, you will need to share a complete address. Identification may be requested at the time of delivery.

Non-Service Areas

If your address is deemed in a “non-service” area by our courier partner, we can potentially coordinate with you on a pick-up location. Contact us via WhatsApp at +971 56 216 8718 to learn more.

Failed Delivery Attempt

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver a shipment twice before it is returned to our warehouse. For delivery after this point, you will need to secure a new delivery booking and will likely incur additional shipping fees.



Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email notification indicating that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible.
